As reflected in my time monitoring worksheet my day usually starts at 6am when I get up, freshen up and get dressed before going down for breakfast. I also check my work routine before leaving for breakfast once. Then I leave for the Office hours which are from 7 am to 10 am before the break. I use the two hours Lunch Break in between not only for lunch but to do some of my personal works as well. After the break, Office hours start from 1pm to 5 pm.
